Orders placed before 2:30 pm usually ship out the same day from New York, NY. Free standard shipping is offered on:

– DOMESTIC orders > $200
– INTERNATIONAL orders > $500 

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the USA, there is a limited range of delivery services available, and we cannot be responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible, but please note there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns during our peak seasons (sales, holiday seasons, and promotions)

Customers are expected to sign for goods, but our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. Please be aware, however, that our service is not a named delivery service, and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order signed for in a building, for example, an office address provided for delivery.

If no one can sign for the delivery, the driver will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If no one is still available to sign for the package after five days without communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Please note that your order may be shipped in eco packaging during the sales period. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a 100% recyclable, discreet brown box with no indication of its contents. Unfortunately, we do not provide or sell gift packaging.
